The Durst Property

The Durst Property is located at 275 W Milledgeville road (US Hwy 78) in Harlem. The site is approximately 0.52 acres in size. The Harlem Urban Redevelopment Agency has recently demolished a structure in preparation for redevelopment. The site is currently zoned P-1 and lies within the Harlem Central Historic District as well as the Harlem Commercial Overlay District.

The site has two existing curb-cuts and access to the Columbia County Broadband Utility trunk line is at the north property line.

The Harlem Urban Redevelopment Agency has two redevelopment options for the property and is available to discuss other proposals for redevelopment.
