The City of Harlem is issuing a Request for Proposals for Residential & Commercial Solid Waste collections. The proposal must include residential curbside collection, bulk waste & white goods, and commercial dumpster collection. There will be an addendum to include a proposal for residential curbside recycling collection as well as commercial recycling collection. The deadline to submit shall be July 29, 2024. A copy of the Request for Proposal is below for vendors or other interested parties wanting to submit a proposal. In addition, vendors can obtain hard copies at Harlem City Hall located at 320 N.
