Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Harlem, Georgia at Harlem City Hall, 320 N Louisville Street, Harlem, GA 30814 until 2:00 p.m. local time, Friday, August 2, 2024 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.
The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor for the construction of: The project will consist of overlay with 174 tons of recycled asphalt concrete 9.5 mm SuperPave, 158 gallons of bitum tack coat, traffic control, and appurtenances. Time allotted for completion shall be 30 consecutive days.
