Bobby Culpepper is married
to the former Linda Phillips whose grandfather, Glenn Phillips Sr.,
was the youngest person to serve as Mayor of Harlem. He has two sons,
Stacy and Brian, and two grandchildren, Gracie and Baden.
Mayor Culpepper is the
Ford dealer of Culpepper Ford in Thomson, GA. This dealership was originally
located in downtown Harlem and has been a family business for 61 years.
He is a member of Harlem United Methodist Church where he has served
in many capacities. He is a member of the Columbia County Development
Authority and the Board of Directors of First Bank of Georgia.

part-time firefighter/EMT.

of the Public Safety Committee.
