Request for Proposals (RFP) for Banking Services – The City of Harlem is requesting proposals with the intent to minimize banking costs and maximize interest revenue by placing all daily operating accounts together in one financial institution.   All communications relative to this RFP must be made in writing through C. Brett Cook, Harlem City Manager, and directed to bcook@harlemga.org.  All proposals must be sealed and arrive at Harlem City Hall by 11:00 a.m. on December 18, 2017.  The RFP may be accessed by clicking here.
